As part of the UN Ocean Decade Conference, held in Barcelona from April 8-9th, 2024, we organised the session "Become an MPA manager for a day!" - A roleplaying game that put the audience into the shoes of an MPA manager and the challenges they commonly face.

This deliverable provides a second update to the strategy for addressing the ethics and Intellectual Property Rights in BLUE4ALL. It aims to identify the key ethical and legal requirements of the BLUE4ALL project in relation to the involvement of research contributors (i.e. stakeholders) for workshops, surveys and interviews, and particularly the identification and recruitment thereof. It also identifies the main Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) issues to consider in BLUE4ALL to ensure compliance with the Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement.
